Banana split

We have been thinking about fair trade and how the money is shared out in a banana chain. Here is a picture of the way we split it up.

4NN did not think the way money was shared out is fair.

" The importer and ripener should get more then the shops, they have to do more work than the shops" Jack

"The plantation owner needs money to buy new things to keep the bananas healthy" Chelsea

"The shipper needs more money to pay for insurance and fuel to get to far way countries" Jamie

"I think they should all get the same, so it is equal" Kayleigh
