Our new topic this term is create. We will be learning about how our country was created, thinking about the Saxons. We are also going to create our very own play to explain what we find out!

Learning credits ideas

- Find out who the Saxon were and what they did. Make a fact file or leaflet.

- Design and make a Saxon shield 

- Acrostic poem about Saxons.

- Draw a Saxon setting for the back of our stage.

- Make a Saxon long boat.

- Look at a theatre time table and work out how long the shows are to practice time.

- Write your own Saxon play ideas.

- Make a puppet theatre.

- Keep learning your multiplication tables and spellings!!

- Make a Saxon board game using multiplication or division.

Remember these are just ideas, you can let your imagination go wild!
